Travis Selsor is a results-driven Business Development Manager with 25 years of experience in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Industrial Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Automotive Repair, & Finance companies.
He is proficient in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and foster long-term client relationships.
He is also skilled in market research, negotiation, and team leadership to deliver impactful business outcomes. When not driving business, he enjoys his family time on the lake and on vacations with his wife and 5 children.
Dallas Hord is a seasoned professional with six years of dedicated experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in automation solutions. With three years of hands-on experience on the plant floor of an end user facility, Dallas developed a solid understanding of operational intricacies and challenges.
Transitioning to roles on the Distributor side, Dallas assumed the position of Automation Services Specialist and Manufacturing SaaS Consultant. In this capacity, he leverages his industry knowledge to deliver tailored solutions to manufacturing facilities. Dallas’ ability to listen attentively to facility challenges and advise on different strategies has been a driver of his success. He adeptly mobilizes his team of engineers and employs cutting-edge software solutions to address and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Andy Stump is a recognized global industry leader with over 25 years of experience in project delivery, strategic consulting, and business leadership helping global manufacturers apply automation solutions in their digital transformations.
In his current role as Director, Business Development at Rockwell Automation, he is responsible for driving growth and adoption of new technologies and strategic portfolio offerings to unlock new value for the manufacturing industry. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
